I liked that the location was good. The room was nice too. The staff was very friendly, given the elevators were unique and the room key system were unusual.
The room was directly under a function space. I heard music and furniture moving noise from 11 PM to 3 AM one night. Noise continued throughout the day, so I was distracted from sleep.

cozy nook city views comfortable bed
The staff was friendly! the room had a cozy window nook, and it offered city views. the bed was super comfortable, and i had a great night's sleep. the shower was relaxing. It was just what i needed after a day out.
the room i was in had external noise intrusion as the windows did not block it well.

loved my stay!
convenient location helpful staff beautiful room
i honestly loved the hotel's location, it's close to oxford circus but still a bit away from the crowds. fitzrovia restaurants are also super accessible. covent garden and the theaters are walkable. the staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond whenever i needed anything! the room was beautiful and so comfortable.
the water pressure in the shower was a joke. it was practically non-existent, which wasn't ideal.

i ordered room service, and it was efficient with a speedy arrival. the breakfast menu looked great, though i did not have the breakfast package. the restaurant offers fantastic views and tasty cocktails into the late evening.

The staff contacted me before my arrival to ask about preferences. they were kind and accommodating during my entire stay. the front desk staff was very professional. They are there to assist whenever you need something, even with little requests.

the hotel's unique interior design makes it special. the rooftop bar is lively and offers amazing city views. there's a coffee shop a short walk away, called the attendant, super convenient and it has excellent coffee.

my upgraded suite was super clean with appreciated amenities and the bed was comfortable, i loved the black-out shades. the provided body wash, shampoo, and lotion smell heavenly. the room had a wonderful window nook with a great view!

i really enjoyed that the room had blackout shades. the bed was very comfy to me. the complimentary cake was a great detail to me. the staff was really friendly too.
the music from the bar was slightly loud late at night.
